Your use of the Platform and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") as applicable to the Platform including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. By mere use of the Platform, You shall be contracting with VFF Group and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute Your binding obligations, with VFF Group.

When You use any of the services provided by Us through the Platform, including but not limited to, (e.g. Laundry services, Gym, Clothing Product Reviews), You will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such service, and they shall be deemed to be incorporated into this Terms of Use and shall be considered as part and parcel of this Terms of Use. We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time without any prior written notice to You. It is Your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically for updates / changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes will mean that You accept and agree to the revisions. As long as You comply with these Terms of Use, We grant You a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Platform.

YOUR ACCOUNT AND REGISTARTION OBLIGATIONS

You agree that VFF Group shall not be liable or responsible for the activities or consequences of use or misuse of any information that occurs under your Account in cases, including, where You have failed to update Your revised mobile phone number and/or e-mail address on the Website Platform.

When You use the Platform or send emails or other data, information or communication to us, You agree and understand that You are communicating with Us through electronic records and You consent to receive communications via electronic records from Us periodically and as and when required. We may communicate with you by email or by such other mode of communication, electronic or otherwise.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order/ service You place with Us. We may, at Our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders/ service request placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that We make a change to or cancel an order, We may attempt to notify You by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.     Cancellation Policy
  1. You may cancel the order up until the actual date of dispatch with giving a reason.
  2. You can request return if you receive a damaged / defective Product or a Product that does not comply with the specifications as per order description.
  3. Upon receiving your complaint, we shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint.
  4. Cancelation is not allowed once order get dispatched.

Return/ Refund Policy:

  1. Please notify us the receipt of a damaged/ defective Product or product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order within 24-hours of delivery of such a Product. If you are unable to do so within 24-hours, we shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.
  2. Products should be unused.
  3. Photograph supporting the damage should be sent across to customer support to validate the same.
  4. If our verification indicates that your complaint is valid, we will arrange for the pick-up of the damaged/defective Product through our own logistics partner. If we are unable to do so, we will notify you of the same and you will be required to dispatch the Product using a reputed courier in your area within one (1) day of receipt of such notice. Courier freight charges will be reimbursed in such form as is determined by the logistics team upon prior consultation with us.
  5. If a Product returned is duly accepted by us, in our sole discretion, we will either repair the product or the value of such Product, as originally paid by you, will be refunded to you
  6. All such refunds will be processed based on the mode of payment and either we or the approved payment gateway will credit your refunds directly to your debit/credit card or online accounts or provide you with a cheque in this regard. Refunds will be subject to the following terms:

Payment

Decline of transaction for any other reason/s All payments made against the purchases/services on Platform by you shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees acceptable in the Republic of India. Platform will not facilitate transaction with respect to any other form of currency with respect to the purchases made on Platform. VFF Group is offering the reward points(10 Points) to the new users getting registered. Also existing VFF Group user can share his referral link with others to invite them to the platform which will benefit existing user by getting referral points added to his total points. VFF Group, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any reward or referral points at any time without giving prior notice to users.

Use of Third Party Services

When you use the VFF Group Software, you may also be using the services of one or more third parties, such as a shipment providers. Your use of these third party services may be subject to the separate policies, terms of use, and fees of these third parties.
